What exactly do you offer?

How long does a quote usually take?

The initial consultation usually takes around 1.5 hours. A second visit may be necessary for our team to carry out any further planning.

Are your quotes inclusive of all costs?

Yes, the final price quoted includes the products and labour and is non-negotiable.

Do you offer aftercare for your products?

We offer remote management of your system free of charge and a 2 year guarantee on all products and labour. A further 5 year guarantee can be purchased at an extra cost.

Can we make changes once the install has commenced?

The client can make changes to their original quote, but this will be reflected and added to the final cost. If the client chooses to make changes during the installation, these will be carried out to the best of our ability within that specific time frame, but another installation date may be required.

What happens if my equipment stops working?

If your equipment goes wrong for any reason, you can get in touch with our office team who are always here to help. Most of the time the issues can be resolved remotely, but if needed a technician will be sent to your property at the earliest available date (a call out charge may apply).

What areas do you service?

We cover the whole of the Iberian Peninsula with a focus in the Algarve, where we're based.

Why do you need to make an initial site visit?

We need to make a site visit to first identify the wants and needs of the client and the layout of the property as we provide a bespoke service for each and everyone of our customers.
